These terms and conditions are put in place to maintain a high standard to the caravan and for the enjoyment of all guests.
ARRIVAL TIME – Key pick up time is between from 2pm.
DEPARTURE TIME – Please vacate the caravan by 10.00am on the day of departure leaving the caravan in a clean, tidy condition.
PAYMENT – £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday. In addition a £50 RETURNABLE deposit is required with the balance. This deposit will be returned in cheque form in full once the caravan has been cleaned and inspected for damage. Failure to pay by the specified date would result in the holiday being deemed cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS – We strongly advise that you take out your own personal holiday insurance as once monies have been paid they are non-refundable.
SMOKING – The caravan is strictly no smoking. Any infringement may lead to retention of returnable bond.
DOGS – Dogs are welcome but must NOT be left unattended in the caravan. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in the caravan park, this is park policy.
DISTURBANCE – Please respect other occupants. Excessive noise or disturbance would result in removal from the park with no refund given.
PLAY AREAS – Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times and consequently must supervise their children at all times.
COMPLAINTS – No complaint will be considered after the visitor has left the caravan. Any problems should be reported on one of given numbers as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to resolve them.
LIABILITY – We do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, inconvenience, loss, damage or theft to persons or property during your stay at the caravan no matter how this is caused. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone we deem unsuitable for the property & to expel anyone found to be breaking the parks rules or causing undue nuisance or annoyance to others.
